She’s the friendly voice you’ll usually hear when you call, and she helps families feel welcomed, supported, and organised from the very first contact. Sue manages the day-to-day administration that keeps the clinic running smoothly, including appointment coordination and invoicing. She’s known for her calm, helpful approach and her attention to detail—making the practical side of therapy as straightforward as possible for families.
